Our Odoo-based project hour evaluation for your consulting company
The Power BI project file prepared for you here (incl. brief instructions) allows you to connect your Odoo system to Power BI with a minimum of configuration effort and receive a variety of reports for monthly and weekly evaluation of externally billed project hours.
The product* is addressed to consulting companies that rely on Odoo to record the project hours of their employees for internally and externally billed projects. Reports are delivered that show the weekly as well as monthly development of the project hour shares of the employees in the departments. Furthermore, a weekly and monthly report is included that shows the general development of project hours compared to previous periods, the distribution of project hours among customers, as well as a compact ranking of employees with the highest share of external project hours in the corresponding period.
For a smooth connection, at least the following Odoo modules must be installed and used by you: Employees, Timesheets, Project, Contacts. In addition, it is necessary to provide Microsoft Power BI as a tool for evaluation. The free desktop version is sufficient at this point and is installed immediately in Windows environments.
* Plus annual software maintenance fee in the amount of 160.00 €, notice period: three months before the end of the contract year.
