With these modules, you not only optimize your internal workflows for frequently recurring processes, but also create significant added value for your customers in many places.

Automatic assignment of helpdesk tickets to the sales order to simplify billing using Helpdesk Timesheet on Project Task

Unique identification of helpdesk tickets via automatic ticket numbering (e.g. ticket #4321) using Helpdesk Ticket Number on Timesheet

Simplified documentation of the service provided via standardized text templates for time recording by means of Time Recording Entries by Category

Optimization of the sales process by simply duplicating order lines using Duplicate Sales Order Lines

Invoicing of sales orders according to certain time ranges (e.g. performance period of a certain month) by means of Invoice Sales Order by Date Range

Presentation of provided support services by service month for the customer in the online portal using Monthly Grouping of Time Recording Entries in the Customer Portal

To use our Support Contract Handling Bundle, the following modules must be installed: Timesheet, Helpdesk, Project, Sales, Accounting and Website.
