Intern/Working Student Odoo ERP Consulting (m/f/x)

Support manaTec GmbH, a young IT start-up from Dresden. For our team we are looking for a process-savvy intern or working student for ERP projects for the duration of 5 - 6 months (shorter internship phases also possible by individual arrangement) with immediate effect. As an official Gold Partner, the manaTec GmbH team is a competent contact for the implementation of the Odoo management software. In addition to the initial setup and configuration, we support the successful introduction of the system through regular workshops and trainings. Furthermore, our service portfolio includes the individualization (customizing) of the system away from the system standard.

Task description

• Active participation in the product development of the open source ERP system Odoo
• Execution of requirement analyses for customer projects
• Processual testing of the development of modules and objects
• Support in advising and training end users
• Collaboration during all phases of the implementation of IT projects
• Preparation of technical documentation and training documents for end users
• Support in the form of ongoing analyses of business processes and derived development of optimization potentials

Requirements

• Registered student, preferably in the field of economics with a high affinity for processes and IT
• Process understanding and first practical user knowledge in handling ERP solutions, preferably Odoo
• Understanding layout creation with a view to display errors
• Personal initiative and careful working methods
• Professional communication skills and fluency in the German and English languages
