Resolut Eleven has established itself as a competence center for printing technology. No matter which substrate is to be printed or coated, no matter from which base materials and no matter with which printing substances - Resolut Eleven has the know-how to fulfill all wishes in highest quality. During a start-up familiarization tour through Dresden, the two partners, Resolut Eleven and manaTec, got to know each other. They were sure - web-based work and open source still offer great potential. Odoo has now been in use at Resolut Eleven for three years. The software was introduced in stages. In addition to the general introduction, there is also a support framework contract. Here, a monthly hourly quota has been booked with manaTec GmbH in order to optimize all processes. As a current example, the automatic invoice proposal was implemented. Up to now, this had to be done manually..
Advantages through Odoo
The most memorable advantage for Resolut Eleven through the introduction of Odoo is in internal communication. Agility and process optimization are clearly the keywords here. "Very successful implementation" is the verdict of Mr. Resch. He refers especially to the fully automated production planning. The entire machine park can be planned by itself thanks to Odoo. The system is so well set up that the company can rely on the planning proposals 95% of the time. This is an enormous advantage compared to the previous way of working. This also allows for personnel savings, resulting in more freedom in sales and customer communication.
More stress-free, uncomplicated work
Thanks to the software, Resolut Eleven's team of 12 hardly needs any internal communication when it comes to production matters. This is possible thanks to the high transparency of information. Each sale and also all purchases can be directly assigned to one or more employees. Thus, only the person directly involved in a transaction receives information. Due to the web-based structure, no one is time-bound anymore to pass on information. Odoo also allows for employee training during the implementation of the system and during the implementation of new workflows. Thanks to communication in the ERP system, the company hardly needs any time for internal meetings.
Outlook into the future
manaTec GmbH was able to successfully implement all customer requirements for fully automated production planning at resouteleven.
But the limit for optimization is open upwards. There are always new adjustments and changes. In the future, a customer portal is to realize further networking with the customers. The goal is to provide even more detailed information. Customers can then, for example, view purchases, material management and invoices, book orders independently and, in the next step, gain insight into the status of production. And all this in real time. Transparency is written in capital letters at Resolut Eleven.
