The main focus is on what business objectives you are pursuing, which processes you want to map and who works with the ERP system. Based on this, we create your individual project plan. This contains the rough time schedule of the project as well as the modules relevant for you. Subsequently, we prepare a detailed offer tailored to your needs.

At the beginning we get to know you and your company. What are your business objectives? Which processes do you want to map? Which departments use the ERP system?

Based on your requirements, we will jointly define an initial individual time schedule and the most important components of your ERP system.

Now you will receive a detailed offer tailored to your needs.
During the launch. The project process.
After we have jointly defined a target state for your company processes, we install your Odoo instance with the modules relevant to you. Of course, we also take care of the initial configuration to get your Odoo ready to go. In addition, we are happy to support you with the transfer of important data from your legacy system. The next step is the training of your users. We present the advantages and basic functions of Odoo. In further workshops, we provide your users with special know-how in order to be able to use the various modules in the best possible way.
During the entire project, we are of course at your side with help and advice and support you with all questions regarding Odoo. Through our transparent project management and permanent progress checks, you have an overview of the development status and costs at all times. In addition, we will gladly take over the hosting of your Odoo instance.
Process recording and analysis
At the beginning, we take your processes together, analyse them and look for possible optimisations together. Together with you, we define the gap between the current status quo and the future picture.
Setting up your entity
We set up your Odoo entity with the required modules and provide support in configuring the first important parameters, such as company data, users and access rights.
Support with data transfer
You want to transfer important data from your legacy system? No problem! With the flexible import function of Odoo your data can be transferred without any problems.

One of the most important aspects of ERP implementation is user acceptance. We take your colleagues on the road with us right from the start, starting with our basic workshop up to advanced, module-specific workshops.
