3. Personal data

Personal data is information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or determinable natural person. Data is personal if it is clearly assigned to a specific natural person or if this assignment can at least be made indirectly. Personal data includes all data that contains information about your personal or factual circumstances and allows your person to be identified, such as your name, date of birth, address, telephone number or e-mail address.

4. Processing of personal data and purposes of processing

4.1 Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. The following data is automatically collected each time you access the website:

  • date and time of access,
  • name of the requested file,
  • website from which the file was requested (so called referrer URL),
  • protocol (e.g. http, https),
  • access status (e.g. file transferred, file not found),
  • the web browser you are using and the operating system of your device,
  • the IP address of the requesting device.

This data is logged and stored for a period of 7 days. This data will not be merged with other data sources.

The basis for data processing is art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. The IP address is processed for technical and administrative purposes of establishing and maintaining a connection in order to guarantee the security and functionality of our website and to be able to prosecute any illegal attacks on it if necessary. Our legitimate interest results from the security interest mentioned and the necessity of a trouble-free provision of our website. We cannot draw any direct conclusions about your identity from the processing of your IP address and other information in the log file. In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when visiting our website.

4.2 Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal e-mail notification to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

4.3 Application form ("Jobs")

We collect, process and use your data, which you provide to us in the context of your application, for the purpose of processing your application and carrying out the application procedure. We only collect the data that is required. For the purposes of the application process, the data you provide to us will be passed on to an employee who is involved in the respective selection process. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

After successful completion of the application process, we transfer your data to your company's personnel file. All data will be treated confidentially. Unsolicited applications will be compared with our current job requirements and forwarded to the appropriate contact person.

After completion of the application procedure, your data will be stored for a period of 10 weeks and then deleted. With your express consent, we store your complete application documents for a maximum period of two years so that we can contact you if a suitable position or position arises for you. In addition, we store your name and address (master data) for a period of two years so that we can respond efficiently to your renewed application, inquiries, etc. The processing of the data entered in the application form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

You can cancel this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal e-mail notification to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

This website uses google fonts. Google fonts enable us to provide you with a consistent look and feel for this website, regardless of which fonts are installed on your local system. If your browser does not cache a copy or download the file from Google CDN for some other reason, data will be transferred from your browser to Google Inc. In this case, you also agree that your data will be transferred to the USA.
