Payment by bank transfer:
The transfer of the invoice amount is made by stating the name and purpose, within 14 days after receipt of invoice. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer by e-mail during the order process. There are no further payment costs.
Payment via PayPal:
The payment is processed via the payment service provider PayPal. Further information on payment via PayPal can be found at https://www.paypal-deutschland.de/privatkunden/.
If your payment is made by credit card, the credit card account will not be charged until the contract has been concluded.
Delivery costs:
Delivery is made domestically and internationally to all countries by the shipping company DHL.
Delivery costs:
- Delivery within Germany: 11,49€ (incl. 6,00€ transport insurance) standard shipping.
- Delivery abroad: 41,99€ (incl. 28,00€ transport insurance) standard shipping within the EU
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-3 days after the conclusion of the contract. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Digital content:
There are no shipping costs for the provision of digital content. The digital content will be made available by download after conclusion of the contract.
