Our module Helpdesk Timesheet on Project Task offers the possibility to link the time recording of a helpdesk ticket to a project task. In this way, we guarantee you and your customers a transparent overview of the time recordings of the helpdesk tickets via the linked project task in your customer portal and facilitate the invoicing of the project times.
By using our module you will benefit from the following features:
Assignment of a helpdesk to a project and an associated project task
Invoicing of the hours worked via the project task
Tracking of hours worked by the customer via the project task in the customer portal
To use our Helpdesk Timesheet on Project Task module, the following modules must be installed: Timesheets, Helpdesk, Project and Website.
